And Now....

I got my dates mixed up. I am meeting the Peace Corps person, TONIGHT!!
Any-hoo, wish me luck.
Also, I am having the following, very disturbing symptoms and wonder if anyone knows what the hell is wrong with me.

For the past 8 weeks I have:
- had a continual aching head (sometimes it's worse, sometimes bearable)
- bouts of nausea (usually not leading to vomiting, but general qeasiness)
- occasional "aura" vision- meaning when my headaches are bad, light causes like a halo or light around objects
- and the most disturbing- I went back to my eye doc who was concerned because my right eye is not focusing with my left, which is very new. In fact, he has had me come back twice to check it and my vision has altered in my right eye each time
- dizziness (I grew up dancing, now practicing turns in rehersal makes me ill and very dizzy)

For the love of god, please don't send me a question like : "are you pregnant?" Because, I have had several negative tests and my period twice since the noticable symptoms.
Anyone?
[info]stephenhero? You know this shit better than anyone else I can think of....

Did they test you for glaucoma? What's your blood pressure?

Certainly not being an expert, but having OMG heinous vision, might I suggest that all the other symptoms are caused by the two eyes not focusing together? Back before I got contacts or glasses, I existed by squinting at everything, making my eyes work faaar harder than they should. Result? Headaches, dizzy spells, nausea... That halo effect I have all the time because I have an astigmatism; its kind of a fuzzy halo around everything.

Hmm. I don't know if that was helpful or just "well, obviously, blondie!" Maybe eye doc needs to refer you to a neurologist or a more specialized eye doc.

For now, I offer *hugs*

I have an astigmatism too. I bet a poorly fitting prescription a nd a n elevated blood pressure due to work is the culprit.
I will investigate both. Othe rhtna those pesky irritations, I feel great.

I'd say take a vacation and sleep more for a week.
